How do you calculate ovulation window?

I’ve been ttc for some time now and never have any luck. Now I’m wondering if Glow is inaccurate with the ovulation time frame. How should i calculate the ovulation date? My last period started April 25 and i average 28-29 days between each cycle. Would it be best to use an ovulation kit?

You should not be using an app to calculate your ovulation window. This app is just a guess. You need to use ovulation kits and look into fertility awareness to learn how to record your basal body temp, changes in cervical mucus,etc

Glow has been wrong with my ovulation window by a week.. happened a few times.. so I brought this.

Glow is very much just based on typical cycles, your body can do it's own thing. It would be a good idea to track a few cycles with an ovulation kit to determine your typical ovulation days.
