It is 7days till I am due on, Should I test early or wait? Has anyone had a positive test this early on?

Wait. The earliest is possible to get a positive is 8dpo but that's assuming you implanted at 6dpo and have a baseline hcg between 3 and 5. Both are very unlikely events.
