Helpppp 4weeks!

I had 3 faint positives 2 days ago. Since then I've had extreme fatigue and thirst, clumsiness, light nausea, restlessness, on and off tender breadt( not nipple) and pretty bad headaches. On top of that yesterday I was having period like cramps and it scared me. I'm not supposed to get my period until Monday so my dr won't give me a blood test until the 16th I went there for a urine but for whatever reason it wasn't picking up..I mean is this all common or should I be concerned?
