Pregnancy tea review? 🌿

This is my first pregnancy and I'm curious about people's thoughts/experiences before I got out and get stuff. ☕️General review/opinion? What brand have you used? Or do you make your own? How often did you take it? What benefits did you reap? What did your OB/midwife say? Etc.

I drink raspberry leaf tea (I get the traditional medicinals organic one) first trimester I drank one cup per day. Now that I'm in the second trimester, I drink 2, and in my third trimester I'll have 3 cups per day. I've heard it's supposed to be amazing at toning the uterus and cuts down greatly on labor time. This is my first ever pregnancy, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I have only heard really good things.

Following. I bought some pregnancy tea from a farmers market. Nettle, mint, raspberry leaf and ginger. I'm currently still TTC... So can't really comment on the pregnancy aspect... But it tastes lovely!
