My boy has just gone 18m’s he used to say a few words like mum, bub, hi but was never a big talker, since learning to say dada/daddy that’s all he says with an occasional bubba thrown in. He speaks a lot to himself, or calls out when he wakes up in the morning or from his nap, he’s loud and yells and chats all the time but isn’t speaking any other words, I’ve lost track of the last time he’s said mum. Also, If he isn’t able to reach something, he will grab my or his dads hand and move it towards what he wants but doesn’t say anything. I’m just wondering should I be worried or give it a bit more time?
