Help! My Dr. wanted me to start the progesterone suppositories on cd 12 (1-2 days prior to my usual ovulation). I check each month with clear blue digital trackers. I’m wondering if I need to temp as well but I heard progesterone throws it off. I’m also concerned bc I’ve heard mixed messages with with starting progesterone too early and throwing off ovulation. Last month I started progesterone 1 day after ovulation and now currently on my period. Just wondering a couple of things: 1. I know the LH surge usually doesn’t confirm ovulation but I didn’t know if temping while on progesterone will throw it off. 2. I am nervous to start progesterone too early in case it interferes with ovulation. I’m interested in hearing your thoughts or advice you’ve heard from your Dr! Thanks!
