Questions to ask Doctor during IVF consult

I'm Lindsie, 29, been ttc for 21 months. We've had 3 failed IUIs and 1 failed timed intercourse with injectables. My husband and I decided to persue IVF. I will start birth control today and injections in a couple of weeks. If everything goes as planned we'll have egg retrieval and transfer right before Christmas. I'll have my IVF consult this week and I was wondering what questions should I ask? I feel so excited and so lost all at the same time. Would love some buddies to go through this with as well.
