How can i boost my energy/alertness?

I'm currently 5wks2days and have cut out caffeine and nicotine entirely since I found a little over a week ago I'm expecting. The problem is I work late and am finding it hard to stay alert/awake the last several hours of my shift. My though process feels fuzzy and slow. What can I take, do or eat that would help and not harm my baby?
