Bleeding?

Is it normal to have minimal bleeding after mc? I had a D&E on Tuesday, I was expecting to have a ton of bleeding but I've only had some light spotting. I don't know if that's a good thing or if I should be worried...

Be prepared . Have pads in case. I didn't start bleeding until about 6 days post d and c . Then it's started gushing out in the middle of a staff meeting . It was awful. I would pad up with panty liners in case. 
It apparently takes time for your cervix to go after swelling from procedure - the swelling can block blood from uterus coming out . Once the selling goes down the heavier blood can come out. Some people don't get that but I was certainly upset and surprised when I started bleeding a ton . It would have been nice if someone had warned me because I thought I got off Scott free

I had  my d&c on Monday. I had a very little amount of spotting the day of and nothing since. I talked to my dr this morning (for unrelated issues) and she asked how my bleeding was. I told her I had none and she said that's was great. So I wouldn't worry. I think a lot of our depends on how far along you are.

I bled quite a lot after my procedure. It only lasted a few days though. I would call your doctor and make sure. Maybe they got all of it out so there's not much blood left.
