I just smudged my house after feeling insanely heavy and negative lately. I’ve felt like I’ve been being watched. We moved into my boyfriends old house for the time being... It’s been empty since his family bought a new house. I had multiple mediums tell me they felt that I had bad spirits around me. So I smudged and I hate going upstairs, we don’t ever go up there except for laundry. Anytime I go up there I feel so heavy.. so when I went up there to smudge it felt like something didn’t want me to finish. I felt so heavy, started shaking, and had the chills. Worst feeling ever I almost came running downstairs. But I pushed through and finished. Has anyone experienced something like this?
