So the doctors gave me pills got UTI but they made me super dizzy ... But is it safe to drink cranberry juice while pregnant ?

Yes. I had a uti and I was told along with my antibiotics to drink up. Just make sure it's actual juice not cocktail juice. They make cranberry juice sweetened with Apple juice! Tasty! I usually always dilute my juice so I can drink more with less calories!

Yes I drink cranberry juice everyday. The best for uti prevention is pure cranberry juice. Don't get anything sweetened or with additional fruit juice. Stay away from concentrate as well if you can. It's more expensive but much better for uti prevention and for your health since there is no added sugar.

I would think it's perfectly safe..I've drank it I had a uti that I didn't even know I had until my first appt

I've never heard of not being able to drink it I drink it and I'm 34 weeks pregnant
