First ultrasound

Well, I just got back from my first ultrasound. There was a sac and a yolk sac, but was too early to see my little nugget. She didn't tell me what I was measuring, and the entire visit was a shit show from the beginning. My midwife never even put on the order that the ultrasound was for a pregnancy.
