My last regular period was on 8th March, then started a really light period on the 28th March which was a week after having sex and a week early for my period so I thought it might have been implantation bleeding. The period during the end of March was hella light which I found weird. I tested using home pregnancy tests and they all have been negative.

This month I’ve got my period/spotting a week late. On Sunday To Tueday I got brown discharge and tested on hpt, and there was a faint line which I’ll add. So I thought okay the line will get darker in the following days. Took a test on Wednesday and it was a negative and negative again today. On Wednesday I got some reddish bleeding so I assumed it’s my period now but the colour turns brown once it’s dried, so is it implantation bleeding but just heavy? I’m confused

Also when I was testing last week, a lot of people on here said I’m getting a late period due to ovulating late so could it be that this is implantation bleeding since it occurs 6-12 days after conception 🤷🏻‍♀️idkkkk

My docs aren’t helpful at all, I just want to know what’s going on.

P.s on the flow app I put down the 29th April as my period as I thought it was many period so I still don’t know...
