Ugh is it okay to feel sad that this virus had to happen on my only summer off? I go back to work in January but am on maternity leave until then, I had so many plans for the summer, I was going to make it the best summer ever since I do work full time at a job that is extremely overwhelming.

I’m a little thankful it did happen while I was off tho as I do work in a hospital and definitely would not be able to stay home during all this, so I guess that’s a plus. But it really does suck that al my plans are high jacked. And my 30th bday is next week and my plans to celebrate with friends and family have been cancelled.

I just hope we can flatten this curve so no more lives need to be lost. It breaks my heart when I hear about people dying of this virus.
