AF cramps entire week before BFP?

My AF is 6 days away. I’ve had back pains for days now - about 2 weeks before AF. I’m now having cramps that started yesterday, but AF isn’t for 6 days. Did anyone experience continuous backaches and cramps for 2 weeks before AF and ended up with Bfp? The cramps are definitely becoming stronger, and it’s discouraging me :(

Also my CP is high and soft. Usually it’s low and hard before AF.

When I was pregnant with my son I was cramping a week before I started my period . It felt like pms cramps it was consistent but then my period never came . So hopefully that is a sign🤞🏽
