I’m 3DPO and I’m spotting a very light pink. My period isn’t for another 11 days. Could this be implantation bleeding?

Implant bleeding happens between 6-12dpo. Likely just regular cycle spotting if I had to guess.

No. It's impossible for an embryo to implant before it gets to the hatching blastocyst stage which wont be until 6dpo. The most common time to implant is 9dpo. 
You probably had some ovulation spotting

No it’s due to ovulation. If your not temping to confirm ovulation your ovulation day and dpo can be off
