9 month old fell off the bed. What do I need to look out for

I don’t want to google anything bc that’s just going to make me worry more and her pediatricians office is closed today.

She rolled off and landed on her back and hit the back of her head. She cried maybe 30 seconds and seems totally fine. No red marks or bumps yet.

I feel so guilty. This is my second and I never ever dropped my first or had this happen with her. I don’t know what to do. Should I let her nap?
