How I motivate myself...
During my workouts...
When I'm struggling with my cardio and I keep looking at the clock, I tell myself: The faster you go, the quicker you'll get this over with! 😂
When I'm doing lunges, I hold onto my muffin top and that always seems to help me to keep going... 😉
When I'm about to go for something fatty, I just repeat one word over and over again: cellulite 😑
When I feel like I'm too tired or "can't" get out of bed in the morning to workout, I remind myself that there are people who face larger struggles than I do and they make their workouts a priority. #teamnoexcuses 💯
When I start feeling frustrated and impatient, like I'm never going to reach my goals, I pull out some old pictures of myself... Back when I went from 200lbs to 140 lbs in 2 years. Done it before, I'll do it again. 💪
