Of course cheating is cheating, but I do still believe there are different levels to it. Flirting obviously isn’t the same as having a second life and family with another woman lmao.

It's a difference if it was kissing or if it was a several months long affair, yet both is cheating

I've definitely had some experiences of being cheated on be worse than others. 
For example, the chick my ex kissed at the bar was nothing on the scale compared to a different ex that slept with his daughters mother, after I payed for absolutely everything to get his daughter here with him. After him not seeing her for four years. And me working for three of those years to help his ex trust him enough to have her for the summer. 
One felt like full on betrayal. The other like a stupid mistake. 
So to me personally, even though cheating is cheating, yeah there are levels. Emotionally.
