Red spots

Around 12 weeks I noticed that my stomach had red spots all over it then after further inspection I noticed they were also on the inside of the top of my thigh. They are not itchy or bumpy they don't hurt they are just there 🤷🏻‍♀️. This is my third pregnancy and this is the only pregnancy I have had them. I'm currently 14 weeks and they don't seem to be getting worst or better, the only thing I find on google is (PUPPP) but they are described as itchy.... so I'm not sure that it's that. My next appointment is at 20 weeks. I'm not concerned enough to call and schedule an appointment before then but maybe I should be idk. Has anyone had this happen to them?
