Cravings and constant hunger

Is anyone else constantly hungry and suffering from serious cravings? I'm 8w4d today and for the last week, all I've wanted is Chipotle. Unlucky me, the nearest one is over an hour away. Today, I want Chinese food, which is, thankfully, here in town but my husband doesn't want to go. I'm going crazy. I've tried eating other things but my tummy keeps growling for Chipotle or Chinese food. It's driving me crazy. Is anyone else suffering too?
