Temperature not rising after O

I am charting my temp for the first time this cycle. I am consistent with the measuring time(6 AM) but do wake up in the middle of the night most days (3ish AM).

I took measurements both times on some days but registered only the 6 AM measurement on Fertility Friend.

Peak day (opk) - 97.27

Ovulation day - 97.23

1 DPO - 97.63 (3 AM measurement 97.38)

2 DPO - 97.63 (3 AM measurement 97.34)

I don’t see a surge in temperature after ovulation.

Can this mean progesterone issue?

I once has a progesterone measurement of 2.33 at 4 weeks and miscarried a week later.

Doctor didn’t agree to retest me.
