Do you suffer from anxiety?

I have really bad anxiety and I was wondering if there was anyone who could help me out and help me get over it or get better.

I have suffered from anxiety for more than a year now, I am thirteen and my parents took me to physiatrist for my anxiety and he perscribe some medicine. It really helped and now I feel so much better!

Yes! Omg yes! Almost anything I can turn into something to be anxious about. Most recently, it's been my tender breasts. I think to myself "omg I have cancer". Not likely, but it's something I'm worried about right now! It's the worst thing to deal with.

I was taught to find a safe zone("happy place") in your mind. Create one that will work

Really badly, it stops me doing like everything

I find that either coloring in a coloring book or making rapid circles around my kitchen island (read: exercise) help me come down from an anxiety attack the best.

Try breathing exercises. They don't work for me personally but most people I know they do. Also try going and getting some counselling to find out why you're like this, it'll do you the world of good!
