Any success story on clomid 50mg & PCOS

I start my first round of clomid 50mg this month I have PCOS as well I will be taking progestogen to make my period start. I had a miscarriage last month got pregnant naturally but I've been dealing with not being able to get pregnant for 2 years now. Does anybody have any success stories on their first round of clomid 50mg? If not on the first round how many rounds?
