TTC help

Hi all 💗 tried to post this in the 'TTC after miscarriage" group but didn't have any responses so thought I'd try here...

In late March I had to abort due to some health reasons. I took the abortion pills. Very sad because it's something my partner and I want very much. We continued to have unprotected sex and try after about 2 weeks and after I stopped bleeding. I have not had a period yet (could still be coming) and am sure this is rare but what are the chances of getting pregnant again right after this? I'm having some symptoms that I noticed when I was pregnant before but realize it also could be pms. I'm very curious to hear if anyone did have success getting pregnant right after. Are there any chemical effects that may harm the fetus if so? Did any women get pregnant right after they experienced this as well?
