What am I looking at here? lol

8 week ultrasound measuring perfectly!! HR in the 160s. They gave me this pic but didn’t tell me what everything is lol. It looks to me like a head on the bottom and two little arms sticking out, but my sister who is a nurse/mom of 2 doesn’t think it’s that straight-forward. Like they don’t look this much like a baby at this point lol. Anyone?

Looks like a baby to me. Head down, u can see the little arms. Adorable. Just swimming around in there lol
