When to try for another baby?🙈

So I’m a FTM and our little guy is fixin to be 7 months old. Me and my husband both want another baby, but are not exactly sure when. For anyone who is not a FTM, what is the age gap between your children and why do you recommend/not recommend it?

Between my first and second there is almost exactly 4 years between them. Between my second and third 17 months (although third was born at 26 weeks so was supposed to be more). 
I honestly feels it depends on your babies’ personalities. My first is extremely hard work, even now at 6 year old. He didn’t nap from 1 year, he didn’t sleep through the night until he was over 2 years. He needs constant attention, and isn’t a kid you can just leave to get on with things. Having another baby when he was extremely young himself would of broken me! 
My second though is the COMPLETE opposite. Slept through the night at 6 weeks, even now at almost 2.5 he has a three hour nap in the day you have to wake him up from, and sleeps 14 hours overnight. He entertains himself, and is so easy going it’s easy to forget he’s there sometimes. He has recently been diagnosed with a global developmental delay, and didn’t walk until two and still has a very limited vocabulary, but still he is much easier to have another baby close in age! 
Third is also a dream. Sleeps through, naps. They make having two close in age pretty simple! 
I don’t think it’s something that is one size fits all. Is your first easy going enough that if you got a high maintenance next time you’d be able to cope? You know your ability to cope and babies best.

My 1st and second are 21 months apart. It’s been rough, not going to lie 😅 I love that they’ll grow up together but my daughters in her terrible 2’s and doesn’t know how to share with her brother yet. I don’t plan to think about a 3rd until my sons at least in preschool 😂

I have a 7-4-3and 6 month. The two year age gap I like! They are helpful and all in different stages! They are all potty trained besides the baby! They sleep through the night besides the baby! But I didn’t feel like I was starting over 100%. The only thing for this last baby I had to replace was the car seat. The smallest age gap is 21 months the largest is 2 years 7 months! Just for our family our stair-step  girls work! Yes all four are girls!

I have two kids. 5 year old & 6 month old. & let me tell you I WISH I would have had them so much closer in age. If I were you I would try when the baby turns 1 or even now.

2 years 8 months - perfect age gap!!! I would recommend waiting until your first born is at least 2 years old to have a 2nd baby. At 2 they are so much more independent. I could not have imagined 2 under 2 ...
