"Labor pains" after intercourse??

My SO and I had sex and now I feel like I did when I was in the early stages of labor with my first pregnancy... Has anyone else felt like this?? I'm only 30w3d so it's still wayyyy too early to have the baby! Help! 😬

Sex/orgasms can cause contractions. Just keep an eye on it and if it doesn't go away soon or after resting/drinking water then call your doctor or go to the hospital.

See if you can sleep through it, drink TONS of water, and notice if they intensify. If they don't go away or wane, I'd call the dr. Chances are they are strong braxton Hicks. I get them every time after sex, more and more the further along I am in my pregnancy.

I get horrible Braxton hicks after sex, I've been two L&D twice for it lol. But it lasts all night and I get bad back pain. I'm 32 weeks. So far no labor but I would check in with your doctor
