I conceived naturally with pcos just by dieting low carb high protein and lifting weights three times a week. I didnt know I had pcos at the time. I did unfortunately miscarry in December and found out in March I have pcos. Doctor put me on ovasitol. It's better than metformin doesn't cause the side effects and is over the counter.

PCOS although has a broad name there are different levels and what works for one woman might not work for another. For example some people recommend Keto to help, I went Keto and my body didnt ovulate the whole 3-4months and as soon as I stopped I ovulated. However I now take 1000mg inositol, 100mg vitex Chasteberry and 1000iu Vit D and now have 30-35 day cycles (instead of 40-80+). 
I think there is some good advice in this thread and you will just need to try things and find what works best for you 😀. Theres some good information here on types of symptoms and variations of PCOS.

I did it naturally 
1st time 5 years and stopped trying and boom lol 
This bubba has been 7 years two losses in the making. 
This time the cycle I got pregnant on I had the strongest opk ever in 13 years 
I stopped all fried food, fatty food, cheese, alcohol, and half my caffeine intake and just normal vitamins A-Z vitamins and minerals that everyone takes and within 4 months I got my strong health 2nd boy 😊
