Stuff happens and it gets mixed up but we’re currently using two registers and everyone pretty much uses both of them but I counted one register and it was 4 over and everyone looked at me like it was my fault when it could’ve been anyone. It’s very frustrating bc IMO it shouldn’t be that way.

Uh. Idk where you work, but I’ve never worked anywhere that we shared a register. You get your own for the shift AND you have to log in. 
But over is better than under. 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s not your fault just bc you discovered it. Whoever’s making you all share a register needs to take a basic accounting class, or even forensics LOL. there needs to be regular checks and an established trail of responsibility. If you had your own registers it wouldn’t have to be a “who done it.” This situation seems like a poorly organised mess.

It doesn’t matter how many people use it, if it’s your drawer then you’re responsible. That’s why you shouldn’t let people run in your drawer, that’s a risk you’re taking.
