Please tell me there’s a difference...
I’ve been working so hard to get back to a place where I feel comfortable with my body after having baby #2. I gained about 40 pounds and was 167 a couple weeks after having her. Now at 15 weeks PP I weigh 158 and feel like I don’t see a difference...
The photo on the left is at 160 and the right is at 158. I’m only 5’1 so I feel like you should see a bigger difference?
EDIT: the last 2 pictures are BEFORE I was pregnant...the top two are me postpartum. my goal weight is 135 which is what I was before getting pregnant...see the 2 last pictures. I have switched to mostly a plant based diet, counting calories, and am breastfeeding. I haven’t been exercising as I should...any tips to get back on that?
