Ovulated?

Really confused by my bbt chart! I just ordered a bbt thermometer but I have just been using a normal thermometer. I had positive opk's April 29th and 30th, cramping and spotting on the 30th but based on my bbt it doesn't look like I've ovulated. 
Would this be because I'm not using a bbt thermometer or have I not ovulated?

A normal thermometer isn’t going to work here, you need a bbt one with 2 decimal places.

Not yet and you need a bbt thermometer that reads 2 numbers past the point

While chatting my bbt I read that bbt charting has to b done at the same time every morning or within 30 mins b4 or30 mins after u usually take your temp. You aren’t supposed to even move or speak before you take your bbt. Not sure if that helps or not
