Possible cyst inside my vagina

So this is TMI but I really need some advice!! So about a year or so ago I noticed a lump inside my vagina. It's on the upper wall and it wasnt that big maybe the size of the tip of my pinkie, but it didnt hurt. It's been there constantly and stayed the same size so I thought maybe it was just supposed to be there or maybe just how my body is idk. So fast forward to now I just realized it's grown about 3 times in size. I had to literally push my finger down under it to get past it. I have been having a lot of sex the last couple months and I'm wondering if that could have caused it to grow. I dont even know if it's a cyst for sure so I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this! All I know is I need to get to a gyno asap bc its freaking me out.

PS my fiance and I have been trying for 2 years to have a baby and it hasnt happened. I'm starting to wonder if its bc of this 😭😭
