I’m soooo confused take the time to PLEASE help!

So I ovulated April 12th or the 16th. I had sex the 12th-15th of April. And now I’m 2 days late on my period. I have slight off and on cramping , sore nipples, headaches and I get nauseous here and there. I took two clear blue tests today and they both came back negative... so what is going on? Am I not pregnant?
