Quitting my job...I NEED a change!

Am i crazy...I've been working as a caregiver for seniors for the past FOUR years...i love my residents like crazy...but i can't handle the "upper" Co workers anymore...they are rude to me and treat me like i can't do anything right...have even taken away my ability to give out meds (that i passed a class for) because of my disabilites...ADD, depression and anxiety...i also have done kind of sleeping disorder that hadn't been diagnosed (always exhausted)...am i wrong for wanting to leave...i haven't felt very welcome for quite a while alnd i find it redicolous that I'm being treated like this...I'm not incompitent...i know my job amazingly...just can't handle this stress anymore! :-(
