So I went to the ER Friday night for what I thought was a yeast infection and they called me today to let me know I have chlamydia. I'm not sure how I got it or how long I've had it, but they prescribed me doxycycline hyc 100 mg and I took my first pill at around 5:30 pm I went home and took a nap around 6:30 and when I woke up I had and still have pain in my right side. Kinda like I pulled a muscle. Is that a side effect of the antibiotic? I looked online which just made me freak out a little thinking it might be PID but it literally just started. Has anyone taken this before? Should I go back to the ER?
