Weight loss and period week

Hey guys, I’ve been on a weight loss journey ever since the beginning of quarantine and I’ve managed to lose 10lbs so far! Lately I’ve been struggling with my period though, does anyone one else have problems with plateauing while on your period? Is there anything I could do to help this? I only have a few more pounds to go and it’s getting a little discouraging. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! :)
