Legal Advice for Sexual Harassment over Facetime

I received a FaceTime call last week from a random number (same area code as me) but didn’t answer. They called again today and I picked up thinking it was an old friend whose contact I lost. Well, happened to be a man masturbating. I have had problems in the past with a man stalking me on Snapchat and other social media, and when I would block him he would make a new account (but I haven’t had that happen for a year or two), I don’t know if that’s related to this. But, since I have the phone number of this man, what should I do? Could I file a police report, or is there no point? I don’t know if this man specifically knew of me, or if he is going around searching random numbers. It is especially scary to think he could call someone under the age of 18. I’m more pissed than anything and would like to know who it is/have law enforcement talk to him.
