Levothyroxin delaying my cycle??

I have hypothyroidism. I’ve been on meds for about 4 1/2 months now. I’m on 50mg of meds. I haven’t had a issue with my period until now?? I’ve have two very long periods (that was a little odd) since starting my meds they were each 15 days long I told my dr and he upped my meds. Now my period is gone? I’m 10days late and very confused? Is it possible my meds are causing my delay in my cycle? Wouldn’t my meds have delayed my other cycles if that was the case?? I’m so confused?? Any other hypo women out there with some insight?
