Swollen Feet and High Blood Pressure

Hey guys, so I’m 29 weeks +5 days pregnant. I have a history of preeclampsia at 37 weeks during my last pregnancy as well as hypertension.

My blood pressure has been high this pregnancy and I was just prescribed labetalol which I will start taking tomorrow. However I feel like my feet and legs are swollen.

Is it just my imagination or do they look swollen? My bp was 160/88. When should I call the doctor?

I was thinking about trying to wait until the morning and seeing if the swelling and my blood pressure goes down. If it does go down I don’t think I’ll even bother calling my doctor....

What do you all think?

UPDATE: I did not take my medicine until this morning because my pharmacy was closed yesterday. My doctor sent the prescription to the pharmacy late in the day on Saturday thus I couldn’t get it before the pharmacy closed.

My daughter has a doctors appointment today and my doctors office is in the same complex- I am going to see her and give a urine sample to check for protein in my urine.
