Spotting for a long time

I don’t feel comfortable showing pics of my panty liner haha but it’s normal brown-blood spotting. The thing is, it’s been happening for a long while... like almost for a whole period’s length. Plus the fact that my period has been irregular, ranging from a week to months of bleeding. The weight/load differs as well. Does anyone know anything that these relate to? Thanks :)
