Mastitis? Abscess?

So I had my girl on the 26th of March, I breastfeed her for 3 weeks but then had to stop. I developed a lump in my breast while I was breastfeeding her and figured it was clogged duct and tried really hard to get it out but couldn’t. So I’ve had this lump in my right breast for weeks now it seems like. I called my doctor finally because my boob was starting to get red and sore so she gave me antibiotics. I’ve been taking them for over a week now and my boob has not gotten better, If anything it seems to have gotten worse. I keep getting shooting pains that come and go in the area that’s red. What do you ladies think it is?
