I know this is TMI but my period should have started the 4th and all I've done has been spotting for about 5 days very little like in pic! Whats going on? I have take HPT but are negative.... anyone else done this?

I hate to be negative and I hope it's all good, but I had spotting for like 3 weeks with a chemical pregnancy.

You need to use smaller tampons. Having a too absorbant tampon can cause a build up of unwanted bacteria and irritation. With this light of a period i would use a thin pad or panty liner.
