Smelly farts!!

And I mean like overwhelming for a 4 week old. Shes had it for over a week now. Really fussy, gassy, upset. She literally lives on gas drops and gripe water. We barely had any sleep tonight. Been to the docs. She said to keep giving her thrush meds. Fluconazole. Thinks the yeast infection got into her gut and causing all the smelly gasses. But it's been 4 days on it. And still not getting better. I'm at my wits do I take her in again ? I feel like all they tell me is if shes eating and peeing shes good to go. She hasn't pooped in 5 days now. But they dont seem to concerned. Any insights would be appreciated
