Bfs ads on YouTube

So last night bf was going to put some music for us on his phone YouTube and the ads up top when he first opened it had naked local women and ads for chats every time we went out and back in to YouTube. Mine doesn’t show that stuff. It shows ads for stuff I’ve searched online like school stuff and car stuff. His came up with locals ads and locals chat rooms. When I asked him about it he blew up and started saying everyone’s YouTube has all different types of ads. I told him it has ads for things we searched online. He’s like sometimes it shows cereal ads I don’t search cereals. What do you guys think?
