Mom of boys, does your son pee in the potty sitting down or standing up?

My son is potty trained, even during night 🙌🏼 he pees sitting on the potty , should I try to teach him standing up??

My husband sits to pee so my son (5 months) will do it too. We'll teach him to stand when he's tall enough to do it in a public restroom, which is the only place I can imagine standing to be a major convenience.

My husband taught my son how to stand up and pee but he usually sits unless we are outside in the backyard. For some reason he loves to pee in the grass 🤷🏻‍♀️😅😂

My son knows how to pee sitting down and standing up. We have a standard potty chair and we also have a toddler/kid sized urinal. My husband showed him how to hold and aim so he does use his froggy urinal but he also sits on the potty chair.

My son started by sitting, after going potty with my husband in the mornings, he now stands.

My son does both. I leave it up to him.  When we play outside he always pees outside (we have no neighbors) so has had practice with that.
We threw a cheerio in the toilet and had him stand and pee on the cheerio... he thought it was awesome and it helped him practice aim.  
No wrong way to pee .....just as long as it ends up where is should!!!

Don't worry about it! 
When he's just a little bit bigger, he'll have so much fun aiming and shooting, he won't have any problems.

My son sits in his potty, I taught him standing up but it was a mess lol so imma wait a little longer so he can have a better aim.
