Self consciousness..

So in high school I was 92lbs because I chose to drink alcohol and beer so I wouldn’t eat the food at home. My parents didn’t keep me from food, I just felt bad because we were struggling at the time and I have an older brother and younger sister that I put in front of my health.

I was 92 lbs when I met my now fiancé, but he figured out a way to get me to eat when I’m around him: he just simply said “if you don’t eat, I won’t eat.” I ate so he could feed himself, but it was only stuff like only sides or sharing off his plate at first.

Over time I gained my appetite back thanks to his help and quit cold turkey on the alcohol and beer drinking, but here’s the thing. Now I’m overweight because of this and trying to find ways on how to get myself at a health medium. Not overweight, but not looking like a skeleton again. I absolutely love my curves and don’t want to lose them either (have an hour glass shape). Have any pointers for exercises to keep my hour glass shape?
