Yeast infections

Hiii ladies. So this is so embarrassing to have to post but I need some help 😭 in the past month and a half I’ve had 3 yeast infections. And you can imagine I am suffering bad. I’ve been to the doctor for bloodwork and Sti and std testing everything is coming back clean. They haven’t told me why they continue to come back time after time and only recently.

So I was just wondering if you guys have any tips or home remedies that could help me feel more comfortable or help aid my ph back to normal and help me prevent them, I’ve always been prone to stuff because I have sensitive skin and really sensitive vagina apparently 🤦🏾‍♀️ you know but never thissss chronic maybe twice or three times a year but 😔
