Are you giving your babies water with each meal?

If so, how much water are you giving? Not sure exactly how much water is safe so I've been giving 2oz total for the day. About 1/2-1oz of water per meal. Wondering if I should give more?

Yes, she drinks around 5 - 6 oz of water  everyday. I fill up her cup in the morning and offer her during solid meals. We also leave the cup outside so she can access it when she is thirsty.

I fill her cup up at every meal time - its easier for her to drink out of when full. I offer it at meal times and after naps. I guess she may drink 3-5oz a day.

You should offer water with solids, it helps with constipation. I use an open cup or a 360 cup. She spills lots with her open cup so refill it she usually has a few big gulps with each meal probably a couple ounces a day.

Only when she eats finger foods to help wash them down. Otherwise she gets 8oz of formula.

I feel up the cup and he drinks what ever he wants 🤗 I propose it halfway through a meal and after.

I feel my little girls beaker up every day & she has it at meals times & i leave it on the floor so she can grab it whenever she is thirsty. She is breastfed too so I think that still counts as a drink too x

I pour her cup with 4 or so oz and that’s the water she drinks on for the day. She loves water and I have to limit her drinks.
