In February I had an encounter with a man and we were fooling around. It was a role play type of sex. He knew I wasn’t on BC so I implied that he had to use something. Well I was tied up and blind folded and he entered me without any protection . I was upset. He went back and forth between front and back. I felt fine but decided to get checked but my doctor appointment was cancelled to do an STD panel as the office closed due to covid. They’re only doing phone calls and if need be I’d have to go physically to the hospital to do a swab/ bloodwork. But for the last 2-3 weeks I’ve been peeing a lot. It feels like a uti. But I have burning and itching in my vagina ( outside not inside). It’s not aggressive like a yeast infection because the itching is just right outside and tingly. I feel slightly burnt near where my pee comes from. It’s driving me CRAZY. I’ve taken diflucan and used canesten. Sometimes I get hard to treat yeast infections but this feels different. The worst part is in March ( a month after the encounter, I’m in an open relationship with my partner)... I wasn’t symptomatic for anything so we had unprotected sex ( yes I know, foolish. I asked to use protection and he claimed we didn’t need it). I think he’s feeling itchy too but won’t say. I don’t have weird discharge or any abnormal smells. More so just tingly and itchy. Diflucan oral pill and cream didn’t work. Could this also be BV ? I don’t know what else to try. I’ve even tried witch hazel wipes. Is there anything I can do to remedy the symptoms till I can speak to my doctor again via phone appointment on Friday? Thank you!
